Designed and implemented an automated system to streamline production design processes.
Imagine the challenge: getting a monthly publication shipped to every state and Canada, but the design process alone was eating up 35 days of our senior designer's time. When I came on board, I saw an opportunity to make a big difference. I immediately started exploring ways to automate and optimize the workflow, and we managed to cut that time down to just 5 days for a print proof! This kind of efficiency is so rewarding, and it even earned me the nickname 'Auto Pas' on the team (though I still prefer 'Pas'!). It's been an incredible journey of learning and contributing to our team's wins.



Recognizing a significant bottleneck in our design process, I led the development and automation of high-volume monthly publications (100,000+ copies) for ADI's US and Canadian markets, including French translations. This involved streamlining a complex workflow that previously relied on decentralized assets across network drives and an unorganized Excel document, impacting three designers and eight product marketing professionals. My solution centralized all necessary assets (images, logos, text, pricing), resulting in a dramatic efficiency gain: reducing the design and approval cycle for three 24-page brochures from three weeks to just four days.
